Flexitec Structures have been designing and manufacturing a wide range of flexible products since 1995 using high frequency, hot wedge and hot air welders to fabricate some of the most advanced materials available.

We specialise in manufacturing flexible water tanks for emergency aid relief and produce tanks for most of the aid agencies  who demand immediate response and 3-7 day delivery.

We have been designing and manufacturing aircraft covers for 15 years. All our patterning is done by hand on the aircraft. The patterns are then transferred to a CAD programme with our digitiser. We then cut the covers using our automated laser and knife cutting machines. This ensures our covers have a skin tight fit.

Some of our customers include Boeing, Airbus, Percival Aviation, Field International  and many Airlines.

Our product range also includes the manufacture of inflatable buildings, tension structures, geodesic structures, reservoir covers, emergency flood barriers, bio-gas domes and water bags for the transport of large quantities of potable water.
